Diagnosed at 16 with severe rheumatoid arthritis, Rob learned early that progress isn’t about talent or luck — it’s about resilience. A decade later, he found his way to a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mat, where discipline and structure became his way forward. What started as a path to rebuild his health evolved into a lifelong framework for growth — a system rooted in practice, feedback, and continuous improvement.
